“I have only good words for this hotel. Everything was fine (check-in & check-out, location, cleanliness, room service and room area, reception staff). I must recommend Rius Hotel to everyone, and surely it will be my first choice for my next Lviv stay. I cannot evaluate the annex restaurant (where breakfast is served), as I didn't enjoy this service: by the way, having an annex restaurant is very useful in case of need. I left my written congratulations on the reception guest book too”

“Struttura caratteristica con un fascino d'altri tempi. Bella atmosfera, personale gentile che parla inglese. Bravissime le cameriere del servizio colazione che hanno una gentilezza nei movimenti che si sposa perfettamente con l'ambiente dell'hotel. Alcune receptionist molto amichevoli altre molto distaccate e fredde al punto da farti sentire un completo estraneo. Il wi-fi in camera pessimo, praticamente impossibile utilizzarlo visto il livello del segnale inesistente, ed oggi come oggi un hotel...
